The Royal Navy’s flagship aircraft carrier, HMS Queen Elizabeth, arrives at her new home dock of Portsmouth.
As part of her defensive and offensive capabilities, the HMS Queen Elizabeth is equipped with ISTEC’s crew served weapon mounts, such as the No2 Mk1 GPMG mount seen here:
The machine gun is also equipped with the ISTEC ‘flipover’ bracket allowing optical sights to be utilised on the weapon.
